Throughout my life, I have been passionate about sports and exercise, playing football, rugby, cricket, and my favorite sport: swimming. However, it wasn't until my teenage years that I discovered the gym and instantly fell in love with it—the training, the nutrition, and every aspect of it.
After years of training, I have experimented with various training methods and diets, made mistakes, and learned from those experiences. Through this journey of self-education, I realized that I wanted to help others avoid the pitfalls I encountered and assist them in achieving goals they never thought possible.
My goal is to support as many people as I can who find themselves in the same situation I once was—lost, confused, unsure of where to start, and a bit scared. I want to make a difference in their lives and help them develop a love for the gym and training, just as I have.
