I've experienced both ends of the fitness spectrum. I've been the skinny, scrawny kid desperately trying to build muscle, and I've also been the person who turned to food during difficult times, developing an unhealthy relationship with eating and struggling to lose the excess weight that followed.
Those experiences taught me that fitness isn't just about training hard or following the latest diet. It's about understanding your body, building sustainable habits, and creating a healthy relationship with food and exercise that lasts.
Through years of learning, trial and error, and the application of evidence-based training and nutrition, I transformed not only my physique but also my mindset. That journey is what inspired me to create Cyntide Coaching.
