• One-to-one coaching and training programs (digital or in-person)

Order and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in your local currency or GBP and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us (or our third-party processor) to charge your payment method for the full order amount.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are outlined at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees and delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once handed to the courier.

Refunds and Returns

• Digital Services: Coaching and training sessions are non-refundable once delivered or started, unless required by local law.
• Physical Products: Clothing and supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in original condition. Email enquiries@cyntide.com for return authorization.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for returned items that do not meet these conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, logos, images, videos, and course materials—is the property of Cyntide or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without express permission.

User Conduct
