When you sign up for our 1-2-1 coaching, you will receive a completely tailored training program based on your needs to achieve your goals in the most efficient manner.
During your time in our 1-2-1 coaching program, you will be provided with a daily calorie and macronutrient target based on your goals, and these targets will continuously be reassessed based on your progress and performance.
You will receive round-the-clock assistance, support, and encouragement throughout your time in our 1-2-1 coaching program via WhatsApp.
At the end of each week, we will have an in-depth catch-up to review your training adherence, diet compliance, rest quality, and overall physique. We will also discuss your measurements and conduct a mental check-in to identify what you did well and what we can maintain as we move into the next week. Additionally, we’ll highlight areas for improvement in the weeks to come.
You will have access to an app for tracking measurements, weight, workouts, and daily performance monitoring.
To help you progress with your lifts and achieve your goals, it's essential to maintain correct form during all exercises. This will minimize the risk of injury. To address this, you will receive clear demonstrations and specific advice on how to perform each exercise properly.
